  Ate here while traveling from Phoenix to Ohio. I took my daughter to the bathroom and waited for the employee to finish her turn in there. I could hear her texting. I ended up going out to order the food and went back into the bathroom. I heard her talking on the phone in the stall. When she finally came out she started to walk out of the bathroom without washing her hands. I asked her if she was gonna leave the bathroom without washing her hands. And she said she didn't like washing her hands in the bathroom and washed them in the sink behind the counter.
  My daughter really had to go so I let her go and hurried out. My husband was there waiting for the food and I immediately asked him if she washed her hands when she came out and she did. Good thing is she didn't​ touch our order. The lady who did was wearing gloves.
  This is really disgusting because she had a headset with her in the bathroom. So the people who ordered from the drive through could get sick even though she washed her hands outside the bathroom because I'm sure she adjusts the headset through out her shift. The food at this one was ok except for the hard tortillas. I love taco Cabana and try to stop at one when I can since we don't have any in Arizona. This location will be a never again for me.

  They put a tortilla inside of a tortilla instead of the meat and other stuff. Such a rip off and we had to wait a very long time for the poor service we received. Taco bell would have been a better choice. Very disappointed and I will never be going back.
