  Terrible experience at this Outback location. First of all, we ordered the Bloomin Onion and I don't know if they have changed the quality of the onion, but it seemed very small and greasy. After placing my order for the Prime Rib, I specifically asked the waitress if she had Medium-Rare. She said Yes! So, waiting quite awhile for the food and finally arrives, my Prime Rib is not even close to medium rare and appears leathery and tough, just by cutting it open. I send it back. The manager comes over and asks me if I want the Rib Eye as since they were very busy for lunch and that's why the Prime Rib is dry. So sure, fine whatever, get me the Rib Eye. So my family finished their food before my food got to the table. I had to eat alone. Then got the bill, and I guess the Rib Eye is more expensive then the Prime Rib. I thought to myself, this was BAD BAD management and service by charging me more than the prime rib! Plus having to eat alone. I spent $70 and I wish I would have just stayed home or gone to another restaurant. Our family won't be back to Outback anytime soon. Seriously.

  Our last visit to this location was excellent, with excellent service and a tremendous waitress. However, several of our previous visits have been quite lackluster in overall service. Primarily the host staff before being seated seemed to do their jobs somewhat grudgingly.
  
  I've been to several Outback Steakhouse locations, and usually have top-notch service. We only go to this one periodically for family birthdays.
